Zyminex IPTV Terms of Service

Welcome to Zyminex IPTV. Zyminex IPTV is an IPTV service that lets you watch live TV, movies and series over your internet connection. By using Zyminex IPTV or buying a subscription, you agree to the terms below, so please read them carefully. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the service. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Zyminex IPTV provides technical access to streaming servers: after your order you receive login details (an M3U link and Xtream Codes login) that you enter in a player app of your choice. Zyminex IPTV does not host, broadcast or distribute copyrighted media content directly; streams are supplied by third-party providers. See our Disclaimer for details.
2. Free trial
Before you pay, you can test Zyminex IPTV for free through our free trial. You request it from support with your first name and e-mail address, no credit card is needed, and your trial login arrives by e-mail. Please send one request per person: duplicate requests aren't processed. The trial lets you check that the service works on your own device and internet connection.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use Zyminex IPTV only for lawful purposes and in line with the laws that apply where you live. You may not use the service to:
- distribute copyrighted material without authorization;
- engage in illegal streaming activities;
- transmit harmful code or malware;
- violate any local or international law.
Any violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your access without a refund.
4. Your account and login details
The details you give us must be accurate and up to date. You are solely responsible for keeping your login details confidential, and you agree not to share your account access with third parties.
5. Devices and plans
You can install your subscription on several devices. A 1-device plan lets you watch on one device at a time; 2-device and 3-device plans let you watch on two or three devices at the same time. Every plan is available for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. For 4 or more devices, ask support for a price.
6. Payment and delivery
All plans are billed in advance for the period you choose, in US dollars, with no contract. Depending on your location, you can pay by credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Cash App or cryptocurrency. By buying a plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected period. After your payment is confirmed, your login details arrive by e-mail; please check your spam folder too, and contact us if nothing has arrived. The price shown when you order is the price you pay.
If you have a problem with a payment or your order, please contact support before opening any dispute with your bank or payment provider.
7. Refunds
Every subscription comes with a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you run into a technical problem that our support team can't fix, you get a refund. The details are in our Refund Policy.
8. Service availability
We work to keep the service running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen network issues may occur, and we are not liable for downtime caused by third-party internet service providers. How well your stream runs also depends on your internet connection, your device and player app, and the number of devices using your network at the same time. Questions about an outage go to support on WhatsApp.
9. VPN
Using a VPN is optional. You may use your own VPN, for example for privacy or if your internet provider slows down streaming traffic.
10. Intellectual property
All content, software and design elements associated with Zyminex IPTV are the property of Zyminex IPTV or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy or distribute our proprietary software or website design without express permission. Other product and brand names on this site (apps, devices, platforms) belong to their respective owners and are mentioned only to describe compatibility, without implying any partnership or endorsement.
11. Limitation of liability
Zyminex IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind regarding the availability of specific content.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these terms, in particular regarding the distribution of illegal content or unauthorized account sharing.
13. Changes to these terms
We may change these Terms of Service at any time. Updates are posted on this page with a new date at the top. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept the new terms.
