Last updated: October 20, 2026
How Zyminex IPTV handles notices of copyright infringement: what to include in a notice, how we handle it and how a counter-notice works.
Our policy
Zyminex IPTV respects intellectual property and follows the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar notice-and-takedown rules. Zyminex IPTV does not host media content itself (see our Disclaimer), but we take notices of infringement seriously and review every valid notice.
If you believe content available through Zyminex IPTV infringes your copyright, let us know so we can look into it and take appropriate action.
How to file a notice
A valid notice includes the following.
1. Your contact details
- your full name;
- your e-mail address;
- your phone number;
- your postal address.
2. The copyrighted work
- which copyrighted work you believe is being infringed;
- a description clear enough for us to understand your notice.
3. Where the content is
- exactly where the content can be found in our service;
- as many details as possible, such as the channel name, the title or the broadcast time.
4. Statements
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;
- your physical or electronic signature.
How we handle a notice
- You send your notice with all the details above.
- We check that the notice is complete and valid.
- We take action. Valid notices are investigated and handled in line with the applicable copyright rules.
False notices
Anyone who knowingly and materially misrepresents that content is infringing may be held liable. If you are unsure whether something infringes, talk to a lawyer first.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter-notice the same way. Include:
- your name, address, phone number and e-mail address;
- which content was removed or blocked;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the content was removed by mistake;
- your physical or electronic signature.
